I have worked alongside leadership in small companies, tech startups and large nonprofit systems for 15+ years. I am strategic, tactical and I navigate complexities to deliver results all while being seen as a supportive and energizing leader.
In 2022, I got the final nudge I needed to start my own consultancy when I won a Ragan Communications' Communicator of the Year for my brand and demand generation work.
My sweet spot is driving special initiatives — the ones no one thought could be done or knew even how to begin. The ones that build brands, elevate relationships and push through the plateau and into their potential.

I kicked off my career nearly two decades ago writing the 50th anniversary gala speech for the Executive Director of the largest chapter of Girls Inc. in the US. When I heard the Executive Director share those words on the big stage that night (and the audience cheer after), I knew that was the seat for me. I've never looked back! My husband Dan has been my best friend for 14 years and we've been married for 11. We are the proud parents of Jax and Max; the spunkiest, adventuring brothers there ever were.
I love to read read, 1:1 conversations over coffee, jogging at dusk, being anywhere with good hygge (Danish word that describes a cozy, contented mood evoked by comfort and feeling welcomed), investing in my St. Louis City community, relishing in time with our extended families and reflecting on the intricacies of language, connection and relationships.
